[E]mail delenda est!" says one small voice: according to various sources (Google News turned up CBS and Daily Yomiuri, among others), a recent federal case means it's legal for ISPs to read stored e-mail (though some have policies against it). (One Small Voice campaigns for use of IM, which is not stored, particularly Jabber.)
