This was the original version of what has become Umbrella, aiming to be an aesthetically pleasing system for posting notes of various kinds, with visual distinction between their types (and importances). It was not database driven, but did make use of server-side includes for modularity, for various elements. As a later feature, it also used CSS and Javascript for a floating navigational menu.
